“Room was clean and staff was friendly. It is a older hotel, but I found that the beds were comfortable. I booked here for location and because of price of the room. It only came with double beds. but was sufficient. No breakfast available at this location.”

“Very pleasant stay - friendly staff, clean property, very conveniently located. On-premise parking was great. Fantastic experience - will surely be back again!”

“My husband and I had an overnight stay. Check-in went smoothly and the person at the front desk was pleasant. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had the (included) breakfast the following morning and it was very nice. We’ve stayed in the Red Deer location one other time. Again, everything was good. The only complaint I had at our previous stay, was the orange juice was the worst I’ve ever had. I commented on it in my previous review and the manager emailed me back, apologizing……

“The breakfast food was dried out and plain. The food at the restaurant was served cold and flavourless. The order was wrong two times and the excuse to these issues was that he was new. It was one of the worst meals I have had. The day prior to check in they informed me that my room was unavailable due to maintenance issues and I was given two adjoining rooms to accomodate my stay. The following day when I went to check in they informed me that I do not have the adjoining rooms any longer……

“Great place and location”

“Room was a little smaller than expected. Bedding smelt of bleach. Pool was a little murky but there were a lot of people. Only one pool. Would have liked a separate pool that was deeper. Staff was incredible and cleanliness of the hotel was good. Again, it was a busy weekend. We didn’t have the breakfast because of the amount of people. Parking was tight. Again, it was a packed hotel. ”
