The pool and hot tub were undergoing maintenance for the duration of half of our stay. "We liked the cleanliness and roominess of the room were great. Once we got into the room We were Not being informed by the concierge the status of the north building and mid tower elevator in repair was annoying because I had to go and down several times until I reached the south tower to use the pool or fitness room in swim shorts through the common lobby The toilet roll holder was broken or improperly installed in out suite. Also after 11pm both sinks could not get cold tap water . It was scalding hot tap water that would fixed at the hot temperature all night until morning. . The parking lot staff and the concierge had don’t properly communicate to each other . Where one attendant told me that the parking was charged to our room but the concierge told me that it was charged separately. "

"Room was very noisy even tho I requested a quiet room. Hot tub was so small and always filled with people. There was not indoor stairs to get to the hot tub and only 1 slow elevator taking so long to get."
