A simple hello/goodbye from the lobby staff always brightened up our day. I love how the hotel is in close proximity to transit, and also because of its location, getting around by uber/lyft was very pocket friendly. Another plus with our stay was the breakfast buffet, which had an array of unlimited breakfast options to choose from. My next time visit to Toronto, it's a guarantee that I will book my stay with Hotel Riu Plaza!!"

"The cleaning stuff in this hotel was absolutely amazing. Not sure who the lady was that was working on the fifth floor during my stay, but she should be commended. Everything was spotless. If you could pass that on to her employer, that would be great."
