I had no working lights in my bathroom for 3 days in a row as well as no housekeeping. When light issues were brought to thier attention it wasnt addressed that night or passed onto day shift, i let day shift know, again nothing done, day 3 i brought it up again b4 i left for the day. I called on my way back to hotel, asked if my lights were fixed yet and if the room had been cleaned, the lady on the phone said yes everything has been addressed and done. I go up to my room happy to not shower in the dark anymore, and yep..room still unattended to, no towels, soap, or shampoo left. And still no lights. I went back downstairs asked for another room at least since the staff at this hotel either do not care or are completely and incompetent, (clearly all 3) she would not give me another room she just told me to go shower in the dark again. It wasnt untill the morning of day 4 when i came across a manager who was quick to address the issue, even offered a room change. I get it, things happen utilities burn out whatever, the worst part of this hotel hands down is the incompetence of the staff. 3 nights showering in the dark and no room service, and no refund or discount for those nights offered, just take my money and thats it.
