“One of the reasons that I wanted to get this place was because of the backyard. But when we got there, it was dirty. The table and the chairs and the grill were filled with spiderwebs. There was no way I was going to use that. Also, it’s like a double property rental. There’s a house behind it and there’s a gate that separates the two houses. At one point, there was a man standing right outside of the kitchen window, which really freaked me out. The communication with the host was not terrible,……

“The Anzio house was nice and large enough for our family gathering of 15 persons. The patio and tennis court were very beautiful. However, the house has some items that should be fixed, such as:there is a window in the shower of a bedroom on the left side of the house. The wood trim of this window is severely rotted and very disgusting. It’s clear that this window should have been replaced years ago.The two small bedrooms near the laundry room have double beds though these bedrooms were……

“Incredible host and property. The photos do not do this place justice; it was immaculate and spectacular. Host communication was top notch leading up to and during the trip. We will absolutely be booking this property again for future visits to LA!”

“The house was beautiful, clean, and beds were very comfortable. It was well stocked and close to grocery stores, restaurants , and shopping. The only major disappointment is the listing stated this was a beach front property and there is a false picture leading you to believe there is a beach available to you with this property. This is absolutely false! There are nothing but rocks and water throughout the entire day. Very misleading and incredibly disappointing for the kids.”
