"We came in for a college graduation with multiple small family units. This cabin had so much SPACE! From the outdoor deck to the main living area, we all could gather comfortably without feeling like we were on top of each other. The kitchen is large and well stocked. We had an issue we discovered with the sinks being clogged overnight and he came out immediately the next morning to fix them, was communicative during the entire process and so gracious about it all. "We’ve been renting these cabins for the past few years and they never disappoint! Everything is always clean and tidy. The beds are decent for a rental and there’s always enough linens & towels. We’ll continue to stay here on our yearly trips!"

"The place provides what we needed. It had multiple bedrooms and the kids little play room was used by our sons more than expected. It is an old place that could definitely use a little facelift. The property was nice and on a creek with a fire pit. My five year old loved the creek and catching crawfish. Overall no complaints and I would go back with my five year old."

"We had 6 adults who enjoyed the very clean Flat Top Farmhouse. The surrounding area was beautiful and there was plenty to see and do. Pipestem Resort includes the Presidential Bunker Tour and if you haven't heard about it - it is worth the time to see it! In summary, we really enjoyed our stay in West Virginia."

"This property is very convenient to Concord Uni. Street is a little busy at night, but that's out of the host's control. The only "ding" is related to the accuracy of the listing as there are only two window unit air conditioners: one in the living room and one in a bedroom. So while the property is listed as air conditioned, it's not the whole house. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the three without the air conditioner have box fans to put into the windows. "My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our outdoor experience! We hiked to the Cascade Falls and enjoyed afternoon fishing it was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay!!! Would highly recommend for the outdoor lovers and am looking forward to more visits."
