“Fantastic”

“The location was perfect, sandwiched between course 3 and course 5. Beautiful view off the back balcony of course 5. The condo was spotless and Jenny is a very responsive owner. I will try to stay in this unit every visit to Pinehurst.”

“It was relaxing and enjoyable”

“Great little place in the middle of everything. Driving through a golf hole is perfect in a place like Pinehurst.”

“This unit was exactly what we were looking for when it came to great location, large space, and access to the community pool. It is in good condition. Unfortunately, after the second day, we came back to a cockroach scurrying across the family room floor. I was able to kill it but it definitely upset my wife and kids. I message the host and they were very responsive. Said that sometimes bugs get in and he will have the pest company do an extra application in the near future. The third night we……

“Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was extremely unclean upon arrival and the unit was not well maintained. I would not recommend this rental to others.”

“Everything was as advertised”

“Nothing it was great!”

“Adorable condo close to everything. We plan to use this condo again in the future.”

“It was inexpensive and clean but the ice machine was broken and I thought the laundry would be in the unit, but no we had to walk to a hut and you had to load money on a card with your credit card !!!! It was not a 5 minute walk to the town center. There was a broom but no dust pan. The second bedroom is very small and the bathroom is no bigger than a phone booth and there is paint peeling in the shower . Also in the second bathroom on the wall above the commode there was damage on the wall……

“We had a great family weekend in Pinehurst!!”

“This was our second stay in this unit. So glad we made the decision to come back. Although the weather wasn’t great, we enjoyed the relaxation. Also- great communication with the host. Always super responsive. Looking forward to staying here again!”

“Fine but not nearly as nice as pictures showed. Checked out 1 day early.”

“We had a fun stay here to golf. The lake view is pretty. We enjoyed the property’s pool on hot days. Great size for our family with two teenage boys.”

“Host was fast to respond to question and the place is perfect for your stay at Pinehurst. Easy 5 minute walk across the street to get to the clubhouse.”

“Without a doubt, this was the most pleasant stay that we have booked. Check-in was super easy, and the Condo was absolutely beautiful. Everything has been updated and very comfortable. As soon as you walk in, the place surrounds you with warmth and comfort. It is a very easy walk to the Pinehurst Pro Shop, and the Cradle. There is so much to do in Pinehurst, and the Condo is situated so that everything is extremely easy to get to. If you are planning on a get-away ti the Pinehurst area,……

“We were extremely happy with this condo. The host was very kind and thoughtful. The location was perfect. We enjoyed quiet evenings overlooking the golf course. We’ll definitely be back.”

“We were in town for the US kids world golf. Great location only 5 mins away. Also really close to the community pool. AC in the house worked great exactly as described comfy beds were clean. Everything was organized. Washer Dryer was really convenient. Also had Roku with Netflix, which was not expecting so that was a nice surprise. Only negatives was a few ants in the kitchen area not to much thought, property does have insect traps throughout. and we ran out of TP was only 3 rolls but we……

“If you’re going to Pinehurst this is as good as it gets! The property itself is clean, low key and quiet. The owners are very thoughtful and have gone out of their way to ensure the little things are all in place for a perfect stay. We highly recommend!!”
