“I knew it was going to be peaceful, but I did not know just how peaceful it would be!! As soon as I pulled in, I was in heaven. The cabin is perfect. There were horses in the pasture to the left and the pond behind was pure serenity. I watched the horses almost the entire time I was there. At one point, one of them came over to say hi and I was able to give some love and pets. It was a highlight! There is also a beaver (I think.) in the pond and that was a highlight as well, spent quiet time……

“While the lake and view were wonderful, there were a lot of things that added up to a somewhat disappointing stay. -no soundproofing throughout the cabin at all, you can hear people outside next door as if they were in the cabin-streetlight shines directly into bedroom, needs blackout curtains -many spiders where walls meet ceiling in bedrooms and bathroom, probably everywhere but that ceiling is too tall to see them-mattress is very uncomfortable if more than one person is sleeping in the……
