"When you arrive at the hotel, everything seems fine—until you walk down the hallways, where the smell is unpleasant. Once you enter your room, you realize the smell isn't any better there, either. The sheets had noticeable stains, as if they hadn't been changed; the towels were stained as well, and the floor didn't look clean at all. The bathroom looked as though work had been done on it but the finishing touches were never properly completed. And you will see people smoking at the main entrance or along the sides of the building—something that is unpleasant for those of us who don't smoke and have families. The room curtains smelled as if someone had been smoking in the room. You could hear everything happening on the second floor. In the dining area, the space above the refrigerator was covered in dust, and the tops of the cereal dispensers were dusty as well. The ice machine is in need of maintenance, as it has mold. If you have an electric car, they charge you $25 for 8 hours of charging—whereas before, it was free."

"Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating for my particular trip which needed an early check in and check out - they went out of their way to make sure I had a room cleaned and ready very quickly and gave me instructions on how to check out at a very unusual time. All I can say is that a lot of Hotel staffs could learn a lot from this staff how to make customers feel welcome!! Plenty of storage- plenty of Hot Water - AC worked well as did the appliances!!!"

"The room was clean. Everything looks dated but well maintained. We just stayed here as a midway point on our king drive so it was perfect for us. Inexpensive, safe, good location. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly."
