“There were bed bugs and termites all over the room. There was also pet hair everywhere ”

“This is a nice basic place to stay when you're just looking for a hot shower & comfortable bed to sleep in. The refrigerator & microwave came in handy. They only have complimentary coffee in the lobby (no other breakfast items). My room was clean, except the bathroom had a slightly moldy smell (shower curtain?). For the price, it was a good place to stay while I was moving into my new house.”

“Minimal staff, only the receptionist. No one tidied up my room or replaced towels or coffee supplies. My shower had what I think was pseudonymous growing in the corners and the floors were pretty dirty. The hallways smelled like wild oinions.”

“The hotel restaurant is the ONLY place to eat around the lake and it closes at 8pm so when we got back from fishing at 9:30 we were outta luck. There's NOTHING around here to eat, no vending machines, no pizza delivery, nothing. The stairs were being remodeled so couldn't use those. Other than that it was ll fine, small TV, rough mattresses”

“Front desk staff was very kind and helpful at ck in. We were told there would be a “limited breakfast” from6-9, it was completely gone when we got to the dining area at 8:30. The bathroom floor was not inviting and there was hair and debris all along the edges of the room. The beds were very clean and comfortable. It was sufficient for the one night we needed for passing through.”

“Refrigerator didn’t work and informed front desk who said maintenance was on site she will have someone look at it. More than 24 hrs later called the front desk for an update but they were unable to supply any information. We were offered another room so we had to pack up and unpack again. Was told by staff member Bryson that we would receive a monetary compensation but we did not get anything for our inconvenience.”

“The staff were all great, but the whole building had a terrible stench the entire 3 days and it was very humid. The building made us sick due to mold in the air, our walls were dirty, and the bed skirt was filthy. We had to ask for extra towels and washcloths because they only refresh them every 2 days. The food was not edible , either. We will never stay there again.”
