"We booked this property so we could go hiking during the Thanksgiving holiday. We went to Fall Creek Falls two days and to Lost Creek Falls another. This property was in a great location. We did not cook much, but we did appreciate having everything we needed in the kitchen, including salt and pepper, coffee filters, cream and sugar, and tea. I love those details! "I wish it was more private, but I was aware going into it that it wasn't. But I still felt at peace and undisturbed there. It was fun to drive around and look at all the rich cabins and dream of building my own. I especially enjoyed watching the horses. Just a heads up that the directions say don't go to the lodge. We hunted for another place to enter a gate code since we weren't suppose to go there... But we found this means go in the gate and turn right down the road in front of the lodge...
