“We reserved a King Room with River View through Expedia and upon arrival was informed that there were no River View rooms available. The front desk clerk told us to always call the hotel direct when booking through a third party. We had checked the hotel's website and the River View rooms were available, so we booked. We did accept a City View room with 2 Queen beds. Once in the room quickly discovered the room had recently been smoked in. We can accept the disappointment of not having a room……

“First, I thought I booked a king-size bed, but we ended up with a queen-size in a very small room. Your site said there was an elevator but we got there to discover it wasn’t functioning. I managed the stairs, but I do have mobility problems and was frustrated there was no elevator. We didn’t mind the policy of no shoes, but the mat in front of the door was wet from rain, and we ended up with wet socks. The hostess was nice and the breakfast was delicious but we’re overall disappointed in the……

“My only disappointment is the breakfast. There's no meat 🥓 at all, and I don't like "boiled" eggs, I'd rather have scrambled. At least allow it to be an alternative. Otherwise, it would be all ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
