“Staff was great! Room was clean, but lots of stains on chairs and floor. One of the reasons we chose the facility, was because of the convenience of the on-site bar/restaurant. Something was wrong in the kitchen, so no food was available. “Avoid the hotel if you are looking for a clean and river frontage property as they cannot guarantee you a view room even if you booked and paid in advance. Hotel is dated, air conditioner filers thick with dust (we cleaned them) and breakfast controlled buffet with little choice and small portions. Front desk experience poor, staff who claimed lost booking, no rooms we pre available paid for available and does not guarantee poor skills. Didn’t feel like the customer but a burden. Poor skills.……

“First time to Natchez and I’m so glad we chose Choctaw Hall. It was absolutely amazing and made the trip staying in this beautiful home. David and Lee are the most wonderful hosts!
