The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! "Room was good size, but cleanliness was not good, the bathroom tub had stains, the extra bed had a wierd smell. The sofa bed mattress was not good firm quality, bad for back. The front desk did not have anyone most of the times The front desk staff was not very courtious answering simple questions as if they were doing some favor."
