“It was fine. Great location but rooms need an update.”

“Great location near restaurants, taverns, Wrigley Field, etc. Some challenges were that the guest elevator was out of service and apparently for quite some time. Climbing stairs is ok but not for a hotel claiming 4 stars. The television in the room requires attendance at MIT apparently as we nor anyone on staff knew how to get it to function after several attempts of QR code, selecting favorite media on your phone and other hoops. No elevator and no TV but Ihave to say that the front desk staff……

“Close to Wrigley Field and that’s the only convenience it has to offer. No parking on site, no valet parking offered, the hallways smelled terrible. The room doesn’t offer a refrigerator. The drink coupons that came with the room were for the bar/ restaurant next door but closed early. I will never stay here again.”

“The room had NO Shower DOOR and water went everywhere They never brought clean towels or made or beds nor placed coffee in room. When I asked the lady at the front desk, she said she couldn’t do anything about the coffee but gave me new towels She offered me coffee from a machine and in the morning before breakfast was served I came down around 5 and went to use the machine and was told I would be charged I also didn’t appreciate the pushing of the LBGTQ doctrine. They don’t respond to……

“We didn't even check in because we got a message right before we checked in with more details and it said there were 3 cats that roamed the property inside and out. I am highly allergic so knew I couldn't even be there. We actually would like our money refunded for lack of that not being told when confirmation of booking long ago.”

“I think it's a little quiet, as this is a house, so sometimes there may be only one person (you) in the house at night.”
