“The room was very clean and it had everything we needed for hay a one night stay. Just know that this hotel is in a very busy area. We were on the 1st floor in room 101 and it was very noisy during all hours of the night. There is a bar and a speakeasy right next door so we had to listen to the bass from the music until 2am. You could also hear the guests upstairs at all times walking on the hardwood floors. If we stay again, I'll request a room on the 2nd floor and in the back.”

The cleanliness was at the highest level, and the facilities were great, especially the swimming pool on the top floor. Overall a great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.”

“A great location in the heart of the city. The room was clean and comfortable but in need of serious updates. Carpets blinds and bedding. A very klunky television interface with local channels only. The free coffee in the lobby was kuerig style with few options. All made up with a friendly and helpful valet. For the cost of the room I would have made a slightly more expensive choice for the mentioned updates and amenities.”
