“They were accommodating to us checking in an hour early. The room was clean and neat, had blackout curtains and an AC. Being an old building the floors are squeaky, our travel eat plugs were very helpful! There was no place to refill water bottles other than tap water. When we tried to buy water from the vending matching it was empty. Over all we had a good experience.”

“When I booked the room, I wanted to call the hotel to make sure we had a ground floor room. It took over an hour trying to reach the motel. The phone number on their website said it was not connected, the other help lines were located in Nee York and Los Angeles. The same lady answered both times and was somewhat rude to me and told me that I did not have a reservation. Even Expedia tried to call. In the end, when we checked in, it was the same lady I guess from my previous phone calls. She was……

“First of all, it was clean and felt safe. No regrets there. I was traveling with a friend to a convention at the Pendleton Convention Center which requires us to wear formal dresses. The only problem we encountered which is unique to our dress code requirements was there was not a closet in a room with 2 beds, so nowhere to hang our dress bags or dresses up. We had to do that in the shower which is not ideal especially when you want to take a shower. I suggested to the front desk they put……

“Sorry because I don’t like to complain, but here all are involve, there were some spiders on the ceiling in bedroom plus dust all over the headboard, spiders on ceiling bathroom too, towels clean but smell like been storage for so long or hasn’t washed right. ”

“Very few amenities. Place is a little less nice than the pictures will lead you to believe. Breakfast wasn’t that bad.”

“Our room had a funky odor, not sure why. The fridge had a musty smell and ice buildup in the freezer had a brown tint (mildew?) so we couldn’t use it without our food/drink having that smell too. This hotel was certainly not worth the cost.”

“The staff was amazing. The front desk lady was amazing. The bed was harder than a rock though and there was suspicious splatters on the painting next to the bed. But everything else was as clean as you can hope a hotel to be.”
