“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. “Our stay was excellent! We stayed in privilege which was well worth the upgrade! Our butler was Alan and he was amazing! He checked in with us regularly to make sure we didnt need anything, if we wanted to make a reservation at any of the restaurants or anything else we needed. He even went above and beyond finding something for me off the resort and bringing it to me! We will definitely be back. ”

“Overall good stay. Staff was very attentive, our concierge Cielo was awesome and constantly checked on us. Carlos was great at casino night and had a very good vibe. Luis at the TRS pool was top notch. Overall bartenders and restaurant staff were friendly and efficient.
