“Property and house staff were perfect, but we had a problem w security issue, my daughter purse with phone inside disappeared from a swimm up bar edge around 5pm. We traced the phone and was showing that was still there till 10.15 pm when cleaners left the pool. Then we saw it was on the move, security was still telling us that we will get it tomorrow in lost and found, but 15 min later when traced phone and showed up outside the main gate, then we run with security to check who have it. “AC was great! Daily cleaning service was great (tipping is always good), front desk staff was super friendly & nice each day. Hotel is in a prime spot across from the beach and parallel to restaurants one street behind. ”

“Julio from front desk was very rude when we checked in. Rooms were as described but there’s so much mold that we didn’t want to be in the room much. Came back home sick because of the mold. Mario in the restaurant was really kind and worked so hard when we were there. Marco and Eduardo at the bar were so friendly and knew what drinks to make before we even got to the bar. I would not stay here again unless the property upgrades and gets rid of the mold in the rooms.”

“Beautiful property located right on the beach (very few options like that). Golf cart rental at the lobby desk. Great food and drinks at the restaurant. You can walk to many local restaurants and bars from the property. We stayed in the tower and had a balcony overlooking the street and beach access area. Room was clean and simple with bottled drinking water in the hall, a mini fridge and safe in the room. Staff were kind and helpful. ”
