"The great room, kitchen and dining rooms were large enough to accommodate all 8 of us with ease, bonus was the dogs really enjoyed running around the fully fence backyard. Excellent views and access to the lake in a quiet neighborhood and cove. Very close and easy to get to historic downtown Rogers. "We stayed here for several nights for my daughters graduation from UARK. The house was adorable, clean, well stocked and in a great location. It was within walking distance to downtown Rogers. The pool was a great feature and was definitely used by my daughters. We also enjoyed sitting around the fire table on the chilly nights. I would definitely book a stay here again. The host was super responsive too."

"Overall, we had an awesome stay. It was a great location for exploring Rogers & Bentonville while also having the peace of the lake out every window to retreat to. As with everywhere there are pros and cons which I’ll share—but the positives far outweigh the negatives. Cons—extremely steep driveway & too scared to stop on incline to hop out and put in code to use garage, not would we want to reverse out/down out of it. "Came into town for a short stay to attend my niece's wedding and relax! The home was wonderful! Both my brother and I now have small projects to do at home as they loved certain aspects of the home.
