“we stayed in room 4 and despite having a radiator this was centrally controlled by the main reception. we found this out on night 2 as when we went to bed on the first night we whacked the radiator on thinking that would be that but nope, cold as ice through the night. reception did sort but the room didnt get that warm so assuming the thermostatic valve wasnt fully operational.
the shower screen squeegee at the bottom didnt properly fit and a gap up at the hinge point meant water escapes onto……

“Staff a bit tricky re booking tables to eat. Reception didn’t say a thing but I felt like we got into trouble trying to get dinner. Just a heads up to anyone - book a table. Food and venue was beautiful all the same.”

“Great Base for Exploring Arran
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Auchrannie Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Arran.
The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, providing a relaxing base to explore the island. One of the highlights was dining at the resort’s Cruize Restaurant, which offered healthy menu choices along with prompt and friendly service.
