Limited parking space, staff is helpful and friendly, I can see lots of dog owners check in every time passing the reception. Limited resources provided inside the room which is understandable for this price range.

Great hotel with lovely spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast was excellent and bar prices very reasonable for a hotel. Plenty of free parking as well. Overall a great place to stay and good value for money.

Accommodation was good- comfortable and ideal for longer stay. Tesco close by was handy for essentials. The location in St Enoch Square, Glasgow gave some concern due to youths hanging out close to entrance in the evenings- we felt safe within building but would not stay as a loan traveller due to obvious drug dealing going on outside… although this is beyond control of accommodation I feel important to mention…

Really friendly and comfortable

First of all - there’s a £50 holding charge required on check in. This would have been really helpful to have known about prior to arrival. I might have missed it during the booking process but I definitely didn’t know about this until I saw the sign at check in. The hotel is fine. I can’t say I would pay so much to stay here again. The shower in the room was incredibly small. I awoke in the middle of the night to find that the bed had separated and there was a big gap in the mattresses which wasn’t great - I didn’t sleep very well. Breakfast was fine - pretty standard. In the middle of service we spotted a staff member refilling the fresh orange jug with the 1.60 cartoon of juice from the newsagent, which we found quite funny. Receptionist was nice, I didn’t catch her name unfortunately. Did not get such a nice vibe from other staff members. On return from breakfast, a cleaner was sitting on the carpet in the hall on her phone. It felt like she was waiting for us to leave and it was kinda odd that she felt she had to do that right outside our door instead of somewhere comfortable- especially because we still had time before checkout. Reasonable level of cleanliness but maybe needs so minor updating? A hand rail on the wall of the stairs would be helpful. I just expected more for the price paid from a hotel that is so well reviewed.

No sleep at all. Noisy all night. Bin Lorrie’s collecting empty bottles etc. Will not stay here again
