The room etc was nice and clean and hotel was lovely. Reception staff were lovely. But unfortunately we ate at the restaurant and we weren’t overly impressed. We had two toddlers with dairy allergies and although I was told before arriving they can cater to this, this was not the case. The staff didn’t seem to understand and have a clue what they were doing. Same with breakfast. Also, when we offered to pay cash rather than card this seemed to confuse the staff very much.
