"The cabin was such a beautiful getaway in Running Springs! The photos do not do it justice this cabin is stunning! There were many cooking and cleaning amenities provided by host which is always a pleasure. This property is a cabin in the woods so insects do make their way inside no matter what, there were a handful of spiderwebs in nooks and crannies of this property and some of the food provided for our stay was expired. "I absolutely loved the decor. There is a great record player with some old vintage records that I loved while sipping some wine and enjoying the mountain air and cool breeze, The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed and it was spacious. HUGE dining room table and a ping pong table downstairs that we all enjoyed. Wonderful retreat. I would stay there again. We brought our dogs and they loved the smells and the tres ;)"

"There are not enough stars to review this property. We stayed as a family with 2 teen girls, my mother and our dog. We went in the hot tub in the snow, which was lovely, cozy'd up by the fire and gazed at amazing views. We were in a cute mountain town with shops and food and just 15 min from snow valley! Also very drive-able to Lake Arrowhead or even Big Bear Lake! Rou is an awesome host who was very communicative and kind. Thank you for a lovely winter getaway, we will, for sure, be back!"

"Very small room/studio for cheaper price (vs hotel/cabin). PROs: Price was ~half of Motel 6 (Big Bear Lake) on 4th of July! Three beds. Private toilet, mini fridge. Front door access was easy to use (lock/unlock, open). The neighborhood seemed quite safe. CONs: Very small - a room/studio attached to house. Path to entrance is dirt and somewhat slippery - walk carefully. Appeared to us that room was used for storage: there were at least 6 mattresses in the room for 3 beds. Very little uncovered...

"We've enjoyed this property twice now and we like it, but both times we've had issues. The first time we had lukewarm water, just barely warm enough to shower for a few seconds. The last time there was no hot water at all because the water heater was completely off. The owner was nice enough to come out late to turn on the gas and re-light the pilot, but the water never got warm enough to shower and the water heater let off a bad burning smell. We ended up heating water on the stove to hand wash...
