“First time in Morzine and had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Staff were all really friendly, the food was excellent (had dinner one night as well as breakfast everyday) and the pool, hot tub, games room etc. were all excellent. The room was clean and well specced out. Nice balcony overlooking the mountains and aircon was bliss. Definitely keen to return asap!”

“This property is tired and in need of repair. The website photos are not representative of the space. It is dirty and lacks proper ventilation. Leaving the patio doors open at night is not a safe or secure option as not only do they not have screens, they are accessible easily by other guests on the property. Personal safety is an obvious issue. The temperature in the room was over thirty five degrees in the night without the doors open and one simply could not breathe properly. As we did……

“Loved this property and would like to be back. The location, the staff, the charm, the comfort…Everything was top notch. Skip the breakfast though. That was the only disappointing part.”

“The stuff are very nice with us and we had a very good experience with them but I think the hotel should upgrade the installation because there is even no drinking water in the room or a Hot water bottle and there is no microwave which is very inconvenient and we had two single bed and the bed is very small but I really have to say the stuff is very very nice with us so I’m really happy with that !”
