“The pool was good and I like the bartender. The meals are buffet and the eggs ordered how I like. There is a beach shuttle. Local alcohol is free.
The thing I dont like is the reservation dept who dont work sundays and dont acknowledge expedia.com reservations made on sundays. The staff need to be more helpful.”
“La verdad que estoy muy disgustado ya que hice mi reservación a traves de EXPEDIA y al llegar al hotel la reserva no aparecía pero me tomaron la tarjeta y me dijeron que seguro llegaría y sino me lo cobrarían a la tarjeta. para mi sorpresa al hacer check out el hotel pe dijo que la "Nueva Administracion" solo trabajaba con "BOOKINGS" y que no tenia acuerdo alguno con Expedia. entonces para poder irme del hotel debían cobrarme la estadía en ese momento. asi que la pague con mi tarjeta y realice……
