"This is a bit tighter and more credible because it sticks to the facts you experienced: I couldn’t stay at this property because the room was filthy. The door lock didn’t work, there was broken glass on the property, the towels were stained and had hair on them, and someone had even left dirty socks in the room. I had no choice but to check out. Although I was eventually refunded after many calls with both Expedia and the hotel, this experience was completely unacceptable."
