Excellent place to stay in San Jose .Eduardo is very helpful. Easy access to public transportation. Would recommend to my friend and might stay there again next time when we travel to San Jose.

We checked in around 10 pm and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to park right in front of our room. The tiny motel soap was the only thing that I would have changed. Great value and close to the freeway to get us back to our trip with no problem.

I arrived for 2 days and decided to extend for another 2 days. I love the location which provides access to groceries and restaurants but also transit nearby, with both VTA buses and Caltrain, it’s a wonderful property, with comfortable rooms which are well maintained.

Sterling Inn is a hidden gem. This is a small, quiet, and beautifully kept property. Staff was friendly, warm and informative. Location is great, next to many food places and the supermarket. The room itself was spacious and clean, it included microwave, fridge, closet area, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Overall I had a wonderful stay. There is parking available as well. I would recommend.

Room was amazing!! Clean and very comfortable and parking was really easy! AC Works wonderfully! And I think without a doubt the best part of my stay was the staff. Ed greeted me so warmly and was so friendly it really set the mood for my entire stay! It was perfect from beginning to end!

The room was just what we needed for our trip. It was clean, had a nice and updated bathroom, fridge and microwave. We appreciated the dedicated parking. It's in walking distance to Safeway and multiple cafes and restaurants. The owner was friendly and personally checked us in/out.

This is a great motel! The outside and inside are well maintained and our room was comfortable. Air conditioning works great and bed was good. Love the location of this place near Santa Clara University and central San José. We’ll definitely stay here again when visiting the university.

My daughter and I only stayed one night, but the owner is super kind, the room was clean and inviting, water was hot, it’s in a very convenient location, and we got to park right in front of our room. Definitely recommend staying here and will stay here when I’m ever in the area.

The owner and family take great pride in their motel. While few amenities, the place is comfortable, has a great location with walkable amenities nearby, and is very reasonably priced considering its locale. Hard to find quality "mom and pop" type places anymore. A pleasure to support them.
