“House was super clean and great. Enough supplies and utensils for preparing meals at the house. It was only about an hour to San Francisco and an hour to the Monterrey aquarium. Host was kind to leave some snacks checking in. Will consider staying again ”

“I booked my trip for a Thursday to Tuesday. Stay, I needed to change my booking to a shorter time and the host was very prompt and considerate of the changes. I needed the booking for an event at the convention center and it was only 8 mins away. The neighborhood is beautiful and the house.Was very comfortable and accommodating. Not once did I have to worry about checking in or the booking going smoothly. I high recommend this host and would defently stay again if needed”

“With the 4 bedrooms and 2 bath, we had a nice family reunion in San Jose. Lots of space and conducive to family togetherness. Clean and easy to navigate. Close to the things we wanted to enjoy. ”

“I felt like I was staying at a friends house. It was clean, quiet, safe and reasonably located to visit Levi stadium and Great America.We had everything, even coffee filters for the coffee machine. Many amenities, soap, shampoo, etc. When I needed extra trashbags, we got them asap! Jason is a great host!!!”

“The house was not clean at check in. When notified, the management company stated the unit had not been used for a couple weeks, therefore had not been cleaned since then. Their only solution was to send out a cleaning company the next day. The unit had a sour smell, and there were signs of mold. The company refused to refund any of the amount paid. Stay away from this property.”
