“Annual family getaway. 13 adults and 3 children (11-13 years old).Our 5th trip to Gulf Coast.This was one of the nicer places we have rented. Enjoyed being a little bit away from the beaten path. Being directly across from the beach with private beach access was nice. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Hostess was very responsive ”

“Location, location, location!! It doesn't get any better than this when it comes to location! A short walk across the street and you are at the beach. The beach is way less crowded, so we were able to setup in the same spot everyday. This is in a quiet neighborhood away from the condos, but it's close enough to all the things that Panama City has to offer.The only negative that we had was the cleaning crew, we had to wait to enter the property because they weren't finished at check in time.……

“We were able to check in early because cleaners were done. They said. Enter location to a smelly toilet FULL of poop! Contacted management by phone and text. Sending someone out. We were finally relocated the following evening. No one ever came to resolve the issue. Disappointed with management. Rented because it was dog friendly. We had to put our 15 year old girl to sleep the night before our trip. Asked for my pet deposit and cleaning fees back. As of two weeks later. Still no refunds. I……

“We recently spent a week at Iguana Palms. The location of the home is in a very nice neighborhood. GPS led us directly to the front door. The home itself is very well maintained. The pictures on the website were identical to what we found upon entrance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I highly recommend this property. It's great for R&R on the screened porch, close enough to the beach to spend the day without the hassle of travel, and near the touristic activities in Rosemary and Panama City Beach. Clay is a great host, communicates promptly and thoroughly and goes above and beyond to make sure all is comfortable. Love the property and will only contact Clay going forward for our beach stays in the area!”
