“Bar war unfortunately closed. The bartender was on vacation. Beer at the restaurant only. The food from the free breakfast was mostly good, some cold. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The pool was basic but clean. We missed luggage check in so had to stay here but it was pleasantly okay. Beds were comfortable but no bathtub for kids. The carpet was as expected dirty but wore shoes the whole time. Other than that all was clean.”

“Great house with a breathtaking view, we loved it! It is a short drive to town and arbolitos beach. We had a ton of space and our dogs enjoyed the property too. Gen 3 Starlink setup worked great for wifi. Morony is a responsive host, as well. It is important to understand that Cabo Pulmo is an entirely off-grid destination--there is no electricity in the entire town. The house has a solar setup that worked fine for our needs. “Our fishing vacation was booked for a few weeks. The day before our first night found out a large storm with lightning, wind and rain was moving in and shutting down fishing for the week. We were able to cancel our fishing but had to at in full for the unused hotel room. I am a longtime customer of Van Wormer but I may rethink that now”
