The check-in process was strictly enforced and at 3:00 there was a long line of travelers waiting to check-in. The transportation was excellent. The complimentary breakfast buffet was good.

i think this is the closest hotel to cabo airport, so it's pretty convenient especially if you have an early flight. seemed clean. not at all fancy, but it's good for what most people will want it for.

The staff are very kind. There is a restaurant inside the hotel and the Mexican food is great, you have to try the flan dessert. The hotel is decent. I like how they offer airport shuttle 24/7 and the airport is literally less than 5 minutes. The room is very similar to an American basic hotel room. The room was clean but the only thing that I did not like was that it was hot but that was an easy fix all you have to do is insert your keycard and the light s and air con will turn on. The air will cool the room quick. The outside of the hotel was nice but the parking lot was more of a dirt area to park but again is the desert. Other than that the stay was great and being right next to the airport with a shuttle was a must. Also free breakfast at 7am

Property does not look like much on the outside but inside it is clean, convenient for a one night stay close to the airport waiting for a flight. The staff was friendly and it has a restaurant that is convenient but pricing was high considering the type of hotel.

The positives: Nice pool towels available. Restaurant served tasty food with quick service and large servings. Free breakfast was cooked to order. Airport shuttle arrived quickly and was readily available on departure. The negatives: Very strict about check in time-they would hardly talk to us at front desk before 3 PM. Room was clean but had no wash cloths available. Only one ice machine, 4 floors below the one we were on. No safe or secure place to lock up items in room or with front desk. They no longer have a bar and don't serve beer, wine, or liquor in the dining room.

we had a very good experience. Our flies was canceled and we needed a overnight stay ,not breaking the bank and close to airport because we was not willing to spend a fortune on a cap to the next city. The hotel overs a airport shuttle ( its actually walkable without a lot of luggage) After the call it took about 10 min to arrive. Check in is at 3pm . We had to wait. but that was okay The lobby was cool , a comfortable couch and a restroom.. Check in was fast and staff friendly. Nice room, clean bathroom. coffee maker, coffee and a bottle of water were in the room. No fridge. Bed was hard , but i love that. Breakfast was included and good, so as the dinner. Was a very good stay
