“I really liked having a balcony. Not many hotels have that option.”

“The rooms a pretty clean. Although they advertise that we will get regular daily housekeeping we did not. I don’t know what the helicopter like sound are in the mornings every morning but I could have done without. Gym is very well equipped and the pool is clean. The breakfast service is not worth the price everything was cold and bland so I would recommend using your $20 per person somewhere else. “Check in was smooth and pleasant, the staff who was a young man was very helpful and friendly. When we’re checking out, the staff Juan was very rude and demanding. I had a few questions but he was impatient and tried to cut me off. Horrible service with him, if you don’t like your job go find another profession. He was the ruined my stay experience in this hotel, otherwise everything was fine.”

“The room was very clean and nice. The private patio was a pleasant surprise. When I booked the room I didn’t realize that the room had a private patio. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay.”
