“Everything was great and the staff”

“The room was clean & nicely decorated. The bathroom however, was extremely small with no room to put any toiletries . The location of the hotel’s restaurant was convenient but would have been better if they offered breakfast”

“So when I booked this resort through Expedia, the night I arrived to the resort I called the number and was trying to check in. It was a very unorthodox way to check in. Very confusing for my first solo trip and knowing how check out procedures work for a hotel. No one was available in “reception” meaning there was a note hanging on the “office” door. There also seemed to be a lack of care for guests. Not having a lifeguard on duty or a simple first aid kit available for injuries. Very your on……

“The property was clean and stocked with cookware, towels, wash cloths, hand soap and shampoo, body wash products. They also provided beach towels and beach chairs which was appreciated. The reason I gave this property 4 and not a 5 because the bed was very uncomfortable for me. If your not one who can tolerate a firm mattress I’d take that into consideration. They also listed bikes at the property but they are not rideable. Both bikes have rusted chains and in one the kickstand was rusted and……

“A great place to enjoy your vacation on a beautiful seashore with mild wind and a great sunset view. The staffs are very polite,efficient, and professional. In-room amenties are so great - you will have washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided, full function kitchen as well. Can't expect more. The only thing that the management should take care of is the elevator (I was in Building 4), as I met 3 down time of that elevator during my 3 nights stay. I am OK with that, but if senior……
