“Loving property with easy access to many shops and Anne Frank. We enjoyed the ease of check-in/out. The only very minor request was the bedding did not provide a top sheet. This was the first time I experienced this. With no central air the room was about 80 when we arrived. The comforter made it a bit warm to sleep. "Walk from airport to hotel is about 5 min after you exit the building. The breakfast buffet offered good variety. Check in counter reception wasn’t really able to answer my question about stored luggage until I asked to speak to their manager who helped to solve my question. "

"It is very difficult to find connecting rooms in the city, but this hotel has them. The staff are okay, and the room is extremely comfortable, especially the bed, which is exceptionally cozy. The view is beautiful, and the location is very convenient, right next to the Eurostar train station. There are no slippers, comb, shower cap, toothbrush, or similar amenities in the room. They do have shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer. Overall, it is a very comfortable hotel."

"I really love this hotel! It’s very eco-friendly, comfortable, and smells great. The design is so stylish, and I truly enjoy everything about it. The only thing that really bothered me was the occasional light knocking sound on the walls throughout the day. It especially affected my sleep at night. Also, the pillows were too soft for my preference. If I have the chance, I’d love to stay here again, but I hope the knocking sound won’t happen next time. Thank you!"
