“The hotel gives a dirty feel. The staff is rarely there. I couldn’t sleep thinking about bed bugs. I’m sorry if this is too blunt. But at $280 a night I’d expect a little more. Unfortunately, not many choices for family hotels in Saugatuk.”

“My wife and I had a wonderful long weekend at this property. The property was cute, clean and as described. There were alot of nice, personal touches in the decorating and amenities. We stayed during the off-season so many of the local tourist type attractions weren't open for the season yet, which was fine by us. Downtown Saugatuck was still hopping and the tulips were in bloom in Holland. If you're looking for a nice place to relax and unwind, I highly recommend.”
