“Everything was great! I had some questions about the check in process and the number provided answered me right away! The rooms were clean and so cozy. The sheets in the Sion Bass room are so soft. The jet tub was also incredible. I wish I had some more control over the temperature in my room, but other than that, a flawless stay!!!”

“Had a wonderful time in Fort Wayne. The hotel services were great with easy access to parking and other nearby venues. Had a great time and the CeCe Winans “More Than This Tour”, was the highlight of the entire trip! ”

“Breakfast menu could use a change from day to day, always the same thing gets old. However it was always fresh and well stocked and the staff at this location is amazing! I would not hesitate to stay here again, Andrea has been super attentive and helpful she is a definite asset.”

“Hot tub is closed permanently. Bartender had no idea what she was doing, there was garbage overflowing from garbage cans. The only plus was the front desk, she was so friendly!”

“I had reserved 3 rooms with double beds. But at check in, staff indicated since they were sold out there were only 2 rooms w a double and 1 room w a king. I made the reservation several weeks ago so should have been able to meet my request of 3 double rooms.”
