“The room was clean and comfortable. We were happy with every aspect of our stay. The breakfast was very limited but there were enough options for everyone to find something to eat. It was an excellent value”

“From the moment we pulled up we had great service. We were greeted by the very nice valets and then check in was easy. The front desk associates were very welcoming and kind. Our room was small (booked cheapest room) but very clean and modern. We loved the shower, great showerhead & pressure. Location is great, 2-8 blocks from all downtown attractions. Only complaint was the bed was not comfortable for us. It was a little too hard and lumpy for our liking. We did not use the bar or canteen……

“This is a nice property for the value. The Kickback and the pool were a disaster with screaming children and parents not paying attention so I could not relax and enjoy the amenities as they were intended. Need a larger seating area also. Doubtful I'll be back after this experience”

I suspect the eggs were from a prepackaged powder where they just whip it up prior to heating it. swimming pool looked just ok…I just don’t know how often they change the water. Was disappointed with the chain being cheap with no courtesy bottled water for their guests.”

“I went to the front desk to check in, but it turned out the hotel had no record of my reservation. I’m not sure where the mix-up occurred, but they eventually managed to check me in—though it did take quite a bit of time.”

“My room was clean, and well taken care of. The only issue I had is the light around the mirror was burnt out, so there was only the light in the shower in the bathroom. I reported this, it was not good for make-up application, or putting in contacts.”

“The pool was freezing and there was clear signs of water damage and mold in the ceiling above the pool. Everything else was good the pool was just very horrible.”
