“This was the most comfortable place we’ve ever stayed. The beds were great, the kitchen was well appointed and labeled, and the living room furniture was amazing. Comfortable seating is so rare. The whole place was so amazing that I hesitated to write this review because there might be a run on the place and we won’t be able to rent it when we need it. Other places could take lessons from this host!!!”

“Excellent host! Let them know we would be arriving late-had a small issue with the pin entry(user error!) and they were immediately able to assist! Apartment was extremely clean and cozy. Beds were very comfortable and place was set up with everything we needed for our quick stay. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Hoping to stay at this place again during upcoming multi day stay for upcoming surgery at St Peter’s Hospital in January-Thank you for the hospitality!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property and will rent again when in the area. The owners were very responsive and great to work with. The apt was beautiful and immaculate. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only area that was perfect was the outside stairs to the front door— uneven, steep, etc. We had older guest with us and this was concerning. But we managed. Thanks again for a great stay”

“Large family stayed for the weekend to attend a local sporting event and the accommodations were perfect for the group. The house was clean and well stocked, the bedrooms were spacious, and the 2nd floor living room has a large sectional so we could all sit together - which was just what we were looking for! Earl was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions prior to and during our stay. We will definitely book again next fall! ”

“My husband and I were looking for a little getaway to celebrate our wedding anniversary and this place fit our needs. We loved the vibe of the converted schoolhouse. It was a spacious but cozy place to stay! The fireplace and hot tub were welcomed benefits. You can tell that they take care and take pride in the space. Kayla was very responsive to our questions.
