“They do keep the place clean. Other than that there's nothing good about the place. The "breakfast" consisted of froot loops, toast and bagels; and very little of it. The place is dated and looks pretty run down. The woman at the desk acted like she was totally uninterested. The place was nowhere near full but she put us on the second floor and there is no elevator. The stairs are rickety, the floors squeak and sag in places and you can hear through the walls. The foot traffic on the ope walkway……

“Wonderful hospitality! The owners are so kind and welcoming. Even though the listing stated no room service, housekeeping tidied up our room, made the bed, and left fresh towels and soap while we were out exploring. Such a nice surprise to come back to. We would gladly stay here again!”

“Convenient location in downtown Ludington. The manager was very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable. I have stayed here before and had a similar experience.”

“Good location for what we planned to do but the room itself had not been updated for many years. The air conditioner was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep. The room door did not automatically lock when leaving - had to turn a key to lock and unlock the room. We did appreciate the breakfast area and the garden area.”
