“I have been debating about what to post because the owners just took over June 5. We did not book with them nor did they post the photos of the property, and our contact person was very nice and responsive. That being said, the property is not bright and appointed as pictured, and most of the furniture and fixtures in the photos are no longer in this rental. The couple of chairs pictured that are still in the rental are wobbly and half broken. End table the same. The photos are several years old……

“We enjoyed our stay at this villa and had a great trip to Seabrook! The villa was very clean, beds were comfortable, and provided all the amenities we needed. The only negative would be that the couch and carpet/rugs were worn and could use an update, but otherwise it was a great find and value!”

“Would have like to give it a better review condo not bad overall communication although was horrible. First of no access to amenities till the next day then at the office she had no idea of us getting them then we were never told where the fob was for the pool until after we inquired about it. There was construction noise early am and all day this also was never disclosed upon renting. To make things worse the upstairs was young people maybe college age fighting with each other yelling and……

“Wonderful Layout, Great Beach Access, and Fantastic Host!We really enjoyed our time on Kiawah Island and had a wonderful stay at this condo. The proximity to the beach was very nice—it was a short, easy walk along the boardwalk right to the ocean. We were even lucky enough to be there while sea turtles were laying eggs and baby turtles were hatching, which we absolutely loved! The owner was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—providing great support before booking, during our stay,……

“Was perfect for the two of us! Cozy and lovely.”

“Great location! Excellent communication and quick response times. Unit is cute and has an amazing screen porch.”

“I was looking for seclusion and relaxation. If that is your vibe, I would say this is a great place to go. It is very cozy, clean and tucked away. It also has a small golf course if you want to do that. It is very close to the beach, you can walk or drive.”

“This place is perfect. My husband I spent the weekend and wish we stayed longer. Everything is perfectly appointed, fully stocked, clean and cozy. The bed is perfect and the view is outstanding. Loved it!”

“Benjamin is a wonderful host...this was a great place to stay. It is close to the pool, putt putt golf and a café for coffee or a great cup of ice cream. What is great about this place is Benjamin has included the amenities card. This is a great option to get with the reasonable price already. This is dog friendly if your fur baby is coming with you. The condo is very clean also.”

“Perfect for a few days in Charleston. Seemed like we were reasonably close to everything we wanted to do. Very clean and well kept up. Loved the built in body wash and shampoo/conditioner!”

“Just what my little family needed to be quickly immersed into vaca mode. Lots of thought was put into this sweet airstream it had all the things we needed to be comfortable and to feel welcome. I especially appreciated how clean everything. We’ll be booking with Sarah in our future stays when we come to Charleston.”

“The house was beautiful and very clean. The only negative is that when sitting on the porch, the rail and the palms block the ocean view, whic was disappointing. The view of the ocean from the inside was great if chairs were moved up to the window. i would highly recommend this property .”

“Exactly as advertised. Will return. Host communications were great!”

“Impeccably decorated. The only thing missing was a full length mirror. Blackout blinds over the windows would be appreciated. Robes would also be a nice touch. Otherwise, the space was perfect. The setting of the complex was stunning.”

“No complaints”

“Beautiful home. Very well appointed. Easy walk to the pool and beach. Highly recommend.”

“Great location. Close (within 10 to 15 minutes) to downtown, Johns Island and Folly Beach. Host very responsive.”
