"Our room was just next to a 24 hour restaurant. It was very noisy throughout the whole night with washing of dishes, the very loud knocking and the staff talking very loudly. Plus the hotel is facing the main road. Traffic sound of vehicles, especially motor bikes were very loud throughout the night. Luckily we were only staying one night. "

"Staff texted me the morning of check in. They were friendly and when we couldn’t figure out how to use the shower they came immediately. Good value, room was big and even provided water and toiletries. Only thing is they charged me tourist tax separately even though on Expedia it says we don’t need to pay it as it is included"

"Value for money and good for this price. Generally neat and clean. Space is ok. There is no hand-soap, small hand towel, and bathroom floor towel. Having these details would make the experience much better.
Note that the hotel itself does not have its own carpark or any free parking around. There is street parking outside the hotel which needs to be paid."
"It is the first time we tried to stay in JB, hence it was very challenging to search for suitable hotel. Luckily we manage to find this hotel from hotel.com recommendation. Room is simple but generally green, toilet cleanliness on the wall can be improved.
Recommend the hotel to discard overly stained/coloured bedsheets/blanket, that would made guest stay much more pleasant.
Parking is street parking, check with hotel staff the parking charges time range to avoid summons.
Overall experience is ok, and will consider to stay again when need to stay over in JB."

"Management was accommodating to our request. However, amenities like shampoo, dishwashing liquid and sponge were not replenished. Fridge of this unit gave very loud noise. Hopefully you might want to look into this. Overall stay is okay in terms of location and to access the unit. "

Check-in was slightly troublesome since it has to be done at a hotel 5-mins drive away. Toilets were slightly dirty when we arrived (checked in at 9pm), with the floor being super wet, toilet unflushed and bathroom mat having coloured spots.
Overall the stay was decent for the price, but it would be great if the cleanliness was better-maintained."
