"客房裡面有一點點垃圾或食物沒有清乾淨。 客房廁所有些發霉黑點，也發現掛毛巾的拉環有損壞，雖然不影響住宿的使用，但希望能住到更乾淨的房間。 由於入住是星期五晚上，晚餐已先訂位吃到飽自助餐，但到現場才發現不是吃到飽自助餐，取而代之的是單點的餐點。餐點的選擇較少，外面的購物商場還比較好吃。"

"Very good location. It was just a short walk to the JB checkpoint so perfect for travellers commuting between JB and Singapore. We also enjoyed the breakfast which offered a lot of options and tasty food. The room was spacious and the shower was great. However, there were ants on our bed, in the drawers and in the bathroom. When told about the issue, the staff only applied some insect repellent and did not resolve successfully. On our last evening, we went to the pool bar to relax, but were told that most of the cocktails were unavailable. We had wine instead and it was not properly stored. Very disappointing and we had to cut the evening short. The hotel could definitely do better with more staff training in terms of housekeeping and managing its bar."

"Cannot even get into for breakfast. The crowd was until the elevator. We left our luggage with the concierge , when we collect , the queue was also unbelievable . Better avoid the any holiday period. "
