"Website stated breakfast area and there isnt none. Our suite was dirty and microwave didnt work. No elevator so had to haul our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Was told one price and was charged a higher one. Will not use or recommend them again. Also high crime area . As soon as we parked confronted by a woman intoxicated or on something"

"After check in my first room wasn’t no clean and pet smell so bad, I go back to front desk and showing pictures about the room , they change my room for better room, 3 start because I have to go back and forward to resolve the issue with the room, taking five minutes drive each way to the front desk."

"There was a lot of mole you could smell it as soon as u open the door. I broke my tv and they DID GIVR ME A NEW ONE! But…… never gave me a controller for 2 days even tho I had requested it. I would like a refund"
