“Great location in town.”

“What a neat little gem just steps away from downtown Placerville and still surrounded by nature! We even saw a whole deer family on the front lawn. Historic charm meets all the amenities you can ask for. We were in the Inverness room with our two pups and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was super attentive and responsive. The only thing people have to be aware of is that the bed is super soft. If you like that, this is the room for you, if not, you may want to try one of the other……

“Had the best time here. When I booked this it was originally the cheapest place in the area so I was nervous but it absolutely BLEW me away. All the employees were incredibly nice and helpful. We met the GM, our rooms were clean, the pool was clean, I went by myself with 3 kids and they totally were helpful. ”

“The manager was awesome! We left something very important in our room and only discovered AFTER we got home that it was missing! We drove back(hour drive) and she was able to help us get it back, even though the room was rented for the night. She went above and beyond to help us! ”

“There were drunk loud people in the room right under us. They kept us awake, we asked them nicely to be quiet. But it didn't change, so I called down to the front desk. She said she was familiar with the guys in the room and would talk to them. She did and they were quiet. The walls are very thin in the rooms, you can hear what everyone on each side of you is doing and saying. It needs insulation. It would be nice if they served a continental breakfast. Having said all that, I would……
