I completed the online check-in stating what time I would be checking in. I got to check-in and I overhear that there was an issue checking in the guest that is standing in front of me. The hotel had overbooked and because of this, they were giving keys to rooms that already had guest in them. The guest in front of me was given keys to two different rooms that had people already checked in and staying in that room. This was all happening around 11 PM at night so I am sure you could understand how surprised guess were that we’re sleeping having other people just walked in their room. Now it is my turn to check in and he gives me a room with one bed. My reservation is for two queen beds. He stated to me there was nothing he could do because that’s all he had. I stated well I have four people. This is not going to work. He told me they were overbooked and that he would just give me my money back. I have two kids and it is 11 PM at night and now we have nowhere to stay because with multiple sporting events going on in the area this weekend, everything was sold out in the area. I will absolutely never book this hotel. We go to this area three times a year for the sporting events that we are involved in and I will absolutely will never book at this hotel or ever recommend."
