“great, clean, comfortable hotel with nice rooms (we used a family setup for two boys), helpful staff, and a location convenient to Ruga Kole Idromeno and the walking street scenes. Their parking is underground beneath the hotel and may be too tight for a larger vehicle, though it worked fine for us. A great value for a good stay in Shkoder.”

“Outstanding rooms in a convenient location on top of the street scene without the noise. Parking right in front, breakfast in their open air restaurant, and a helpful, friendly staff. I highly recommend Chicago for your trip to Shkoder.”

“It was hard to take luggage to the chalet’s. They were very creaky rooms made of wood. You could hear everything in the loft when a person moved. The faucets were leaky, so you could hear drips while trying to sleep. The hotel triple beds room look like prison camp rooms. Very small tight and little. Not much room for luggage and to move around.
If you like glamping. This is where you need to be. If you like luxury or comfort. No way Jose!”

“This place has the luxury of a boutique hotel with the ambiance of albanian hospitality. The rooms were beautiful, clean and unique, breakfast was delicious and fresh, but most of all the team & staff were lovely. “The room I stayed in was absolutely sad. The bed sheets and pillow cases were washed but still had dirty stains. Washroom had sewage smell from the drain.
The tv had nothing on it.
Moreover there was so much noise coming from ppl on the floors past 11 pm.
Staff were really amazing people. Place needs major upgrades”
