Everything was great! I highly recommend this place. My room was beautiful and spotless, the staff was amazing, and the hotel is right in the center of Shkodër. I would definitely stay here again!

Drejtan could not have been more welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and in a good location only 100m from the bus station and with bars and restaurants around. The hook in the bathroom was broken so there was nowhere to hang towels, and a pair of shapka for the bathroom would have been good, but on the whole it was a very good place to stay. It is up a couple of flights of stairs so it wouldn't be suitable for guests with mobility problems.

The staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful, and I really liked my room. The AC worked very well and kept the room nice and cool. However, during the night, the AC made a strange and uncomfortable noise, and I had to play background music in order to sleep. There are also a few things that could make the room more comfortable. There was no chair in the room or on the balcony. In the bathroom, there were no towel racks or hooks to hang the hand towel or bath towels. The shower curtain also did not fully contain the water, so water would get onto the bathroom floor. Overall, I enjoyed my room and appreciated the kindness of the staff. With a few small improvements, the room could be much more comfortable.
