The hotel is located on a pedestrian street but easy to access. If the door is open, the better entrance is up to the left side along by the cafes so you can take lift straight up to 4th floor reception. The receptionist Imina was amazing. She speaks perfect English, dry sense of humour and very friendly. The room was in good condition and comfortable. Only small issue was missing shower door so water went everywhere. The breakfast is huge. You won’t need lunch and included in price. Wifi was fast. Highly recommend.

The hotel is in the city centre. Not ideal if you have heavy baggage with you as you have to use stairs to get to lift. Shower is poor. You need to hold the shower head when you need a shower.
