“We stayed the weekend while visiting family on Lake Sara. We loved the downtown vibe and the property was exactly as described, more than enough space for 5 adults. “You can kind of tell from the musty walls and name brand "Jaccuzi" tub in the bathroom that this Days Inn in Effington was once a nice motel. Now, in 2025, it's an $80 place to get 8 hours of sleep before getting back on the road. Hot Tip: Their system will say it can't charge your credit card for the $100 deposit, even if you have money. This is so they can get you to leave a cash deposit, where their receipt sheet said they have accepted as little as $26 deposit for the night. Make sure to get……
