“We absolutely loved this place. It was a great place for my husband and I to celebrate our Anniversary. Mrs. Frances was a wonderful host and she taught us a lot about the animals and types of plants she had on site. There were two goats born during our stay, which was exciting. We will definitely go back often. ”

“I love Bon Secour and this little fish camp. Take a break from the life and just relax here! Gil’s place is very comfortable and they have everything you need, including crab traps! Going to the pier for a beautiful sunrise and sunset are my favorite thing to do. If you are lucky, you’ll see dolphins cruising by or chasing mullet into the shallows for breakfast. “We enjoyed the entire house, especially the game room. We didn't have enough time to use the hot tub. My family loved that we were all together under one roof. There wasn't anything we didn't like about the house, except the rooms with the double beds and bunk beds didn't seem to get as cool as the rest of the house. That wasn't a big deal since there was a fan provided. Thanks for sharing your home. We loved it.”

“Very convenient since we was visiting family in silverhill! Loved how it was close to them! We visited the U.S.S Alabama, done shopping in Foley, and spent the day at Gulf Shores on the beach! We even enjoyed a day paddle boating and fishing at the house! Would recommend this place if you like the quiet peaceful evenings and nights after exploring all day! Will definitely keeps this place in mind when we come back!!”

“We chose to stay on the bay for our family vacation so our sons could fish anytime they wanted. The pier was perfect for them to fish or just hangout. The lights on the pier weren't working, but we contacted Tina and she was on it immediately. There was an electrician out the next day. Unfortunately it wasnt an easy fix but we appreciated the effort and our boys made the best of night fishing with lanterns and flashlights. We enjoyed the extra large yard where our boys could throw a football...

“Great spot! Private, accommodating, updated, there’s even a new sectional in the living room! Kayaks and life jackets and chairs were available. Large outdoor space with natural canopy that was delightful. We saw rabbits, deer, an owl and many other birds. This was a great place and we plan to come again. ”

“This property is located on the best place on dog river and with its pier its makes it amazing . Beautiful morning and evening views. The owner was also very accessible with questions . I’ve never stayed in mobile but always passed thru it on way to the beach . I will be back. Mobile was a great place to visit. I recommend bringing your boat if you have one . You’ll have a blast !!
