First- the photo that’s shown on Hotels.com for this property is not the hotel. The staff was not as friendly as I experienced in 4 other hotels during my vacation. Most of them just walked by without acknowledging me and didn’t respond when I greeted them. Breakfast- $13.99 for the buffet is ridiculous.

The bathroom didn’t have a fan so every time you took a shower, the steam would just melt in there and everything would get all wet, including the towels. The room had a constant funky odor smell. The staff at the front desk only had one person who seemed to know what she was doing. Everyone else gave us conflicting information when we’d ask a question which made us miss the breakfast the first day. There was a ceiling tile missing in the breakfast area downstairs that would leak onto the table beneath it and drip.

Great place!! Right in the middle of everything. Definitely would rent again.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and breakfast buffet was well stocked and food was good. We travel every year to Florida from Texas and always stay here because it’s convenient and is always a pleasant stay.
